Business Manager

The school is seeking to recruit an experienced, hard working and flexible business manager to provide strategic direction and oversee all ‘non-teaching’ aspects of the school, ensuring effective support is provided for teaching and learning.

Proven expertise in finance is essential and preferably experience leading a multi-disciplinary team. The successful candidate will need to be able to think strategically and must be able to prioritise. The role has primary responsibility for all support functions including finance, human resources, estate management, marketing and administration.  Experience of educational finance is beneficial but not a requirement.

Salary: Leadership Scale L6 - L10 (£45,213 - £49,937)

Teaching Assistant (TA3) - Prep School

We are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant - the successful applicant will be mostly based at our Prep School (students aged 7-11), and will provide academic and pastoral support.  This role is term-time only plus one additional week (total 35 weeks)

Experience of working with students with Specific Learning Difficulties is helpful but not essential.

Salary £16,642 FTE (£12,448 pro-rata)

Teaching Assistant

We have a vacancy for a Teaching Assistant to provide support for a visually impaired student.  This role is term-time only plus one week (total 35 weeks), 20 hours per week. and is available for an immediate start.  The role is offered on a fixed term basis, initially to July 2020.

Experience of working with Visually Impaired students is helpful, but not essential.

Salary £16,642 FTE (£6,639 pro rata)

Volunteer Staff

Please contact us if you are interested in helping either in class, with lunchtime supervision, or with special events. We also welcome conservation volunteers prepared to help us preserve and develop our outstanding historic buildings and grounds.
